Our Mental Health series aims to address the prevalent issues encountered by teenagers in the present times. The series is based on the personal struggles of various characters dealing with diverse mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, self-doubt, body image issues, OCD, eating disorders, self-sabotage and suicidal thoughts among others. Teens will also learn how to accept, recognize, and deal with various emotions like rejection, judgement, low self-esteem, shame just to name a few. Our goal is to offer hope and show individuals who can identify with any of the characters' experiences life can improve. Gaining a healthier, more positive mental attitude will turn the future from darkness to creating a bright vision of the future.
